High Precision Alloy Steel Corrugated Roller

1. The material is high quality CrMo alloy steel or quality roller coated with tungsten.

2. Flute is UV shape which is widely used in the world, low paper shrinkage,high quality and strong paperboard

4. The surface of corrugated roller flute teeth are middle-frequency quenched,hardness reach HRC60,upper corrugated roller is drum shape,with long life.

Single Facer Machine

Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer with preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage,the whole corrugated roller group can be move and quick replacement,to change flute type quickly.Bearing for corrugated rollers and pressure roler adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep smoothly and durably.

Double Glue Machine

Thin Slitter Scorer Machine
