The most representative unit equipment for positioning and dividing control of corrugated board production should be "slitting machine". For example, if the "5-knife 8-line slitting machine" adopts screw drive structure, it will need 13 sets of positioning devices; If the rack-and-slide transmission structure is adopted, 21 or 26 sets of positioning devices will be needed. In the traditional scheme, a common AC motor with encoder feedback and brake-holding device is used as the positioning device, PLC is used to realize the positioning control algorithm, and frequency converter is used to realize the high-low speed positioning movement. The hardware and software are complex, the positioning speed is slow, the positioning stability and repeatability are poor, the time for arranging the order is long, and the degree of automation is low. In recent years, the AC servo system has been used as the positioning device, and the positioning accuracy, rapidity and automation degree have been significantly improved. Based on the multipoint communication control, the complexity of the system hardware and software has also been reduced, but the cost has increased substantially. Some manufacturers also use stepping motor as positioning equipment, but its control mode is still the same as the traditional scheme of using ordinary motor as positioning device. The complexity of software and hardware of the system has not decreased but increased, and there is still much room for improvement in positioning stability and repeatability. Because of the large number of slitter positioning devices, only based on multi-point addressing communication, can the complexity of software and hardware of the system be effectively reduced and the reliability of the system be improved.
